A Family Story, Told Through Food

Cholito was born from a multicultural family with roots in both East and West. One partner grew up in Sydney after arriving from Vietnam as a child, carrying a love for precision, flavour, and home‑cooked warmth. The other was raised in Peru, bringing Latin soul, tradition, and a passion for food that brings people together.

After 25 years travelling the world as a flight attendant, our family chef developed a global palate and a deep appreciation for how different cultures express joy through food. Every Cholito recipe is shaped by that journey — crafted with care, inspired by travel, and grounded in multicultural identity.

Today, our family works together across all areas of the business, blending culinary creativity, brand vision, and operational discipline. The next generation brings fresh energy to marketing and events, keeping Cholito modern and connected to the community.
