If something’s not right, here’s what we’ll do.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at hola@cholito.com.au with a photo of the issue.
Cancellations
Catering orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Online orders may be cancelled if they haven’t been dispatched.
